What Is ADHD Coaching for Adults Like With Julie?

So what is it like to work with an ADHD coach? Each client diagnosed with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) has their own unique combination of needs and goals. The focus is always customized to each client and their coaching plan. 

 

The ADHD coach honors the client as the expert of their life, and the coach and client work together in partnership. Clients take the lead, and the coach follows and supports what the client wants to accomplish. 

 

Together they collaborate on the client's vision, while the coach asks thought-provoking questions to help clients with awareness, and arrive at new ways to help clients move closer to meaningful goals. The process yields exciting new possibilities, perspectives and aha moments to support forward movement.
