Small Group Coaching For Adults with ADHD

Who is The Group For?

The Conquering Overwhelm Group is geared toward overwhelmed adults with ADHD who are tired of playing catch-up, want to get more done with less stress, and are ready to learn steps to live with more peace and presence.

About the Group:

This small 8-week group is limited to 6 people

Each week, members gain awareness of strategies, mindset shifts, and education in a safe space to break through overwhelm, boost productivity, and live life with more balance. The group is an opportunity to build a community of support and connections with other neurodiverse individuals with similar goals and challenges. You don’t have to do it alone!

Weekly Topics:

There will be coaching, education, strategies, and accountability around the following topics: 


  • Week 1: Breaking Negative Patterns of Thought 

  • Week 2: Accessing Motivation & Getting Started

  • Week 3: Planning and Setting Priorities

  • Week 4: Focusing on Intentions

  • Week 5: Taking Charge of Time 

  • Week 6: Identifying and Setting Boundaries

  • Week 7: Creating Balance, Joy, and Fulfillment

  • Week 8: Decision making & Perfectionism

Meeting Dates and Times:


The group meets virtually on Zoom for eight weeks — February through April 2024.

There are two groups to choose from: 

  • Thursdays, 12 to 1:15 pm Eastern, from February 29 to April 18, 2024 

  • Wednesdays, 5 to 6:15 pm Eastern from February 28 to April 17, 2024


The group meets 1x per week for 75 minutes.

* All sessions will be recorded and available within 48 hours of the live session.

Cost: $400 - $100 introductory discount for eight sessions

$300 Special introductory price ($37.50 for each 75-minute session!)
