Coaching For Adults with ADHD in a Small Group

Who is The Conquering Overwhelm Group for?

This group is for you if you're an adult with ADHD whose to-do list feels overwhelming, and you constantly feel behind no matter how hard you try. If you feel like you never do enough and are very hard on yourself, this group is for you. I welcome you to join a safe, nonjudgmental space to learn steps to reduce stress and boost productivity.​​

About the group:
This 7-week group is limited to 6 people.

It is an exciting
opportunity to build a supportive community with other neurodiverse individuals with
 similar goals and challenges.

You'll walk away with:​

Education, step-by-step strategies, proven systems, and mindset shifts to help you tackle key challenges. Topics include:

 

  • Task initiation

  • Time management

  • Negative patterns of thought

  • Setting boundaries

  • Planning and prioritizing

  • Perfectionism

​Each session, you'll get:

  • Personalized coaching for your unique challenges.

  • Accountability and group support to keep you on track.

  • A sense of belonging—grow and learn with others who truly get it.​​​​​​

Meeting dates and times:

October 10 through November 21, 2024

7 weeks on Thursdays:

  • ​12 pm to 1:15 pm EST

  • 11 am to 12:15 pm CST

  • 9 am to 10:15 am PST

 

Virtually on Zoom 1x per week for 75 minutes. 

​

*All sessions will be recorded and available within 48 hours of the live session.
